10 on 10 - April
I shared most of these on my personal Facebook page, but thought they would make a good 10 on 10 post for those that haven't seen them. These photos were taken on Easter and MOST were taken by me - two of them were taken by my sister!! I have been setting up my camera and handing it to her more often lately because 1- it is fun and 2- I figure if I can teach her then I will be able to get more photos of me and my guy together. The easter bunny brought joey some bubbles in his basket - what kid doesn't love bubbles. To get these photos I was standing on joey's bed, holding the bubble gun in my left hand but crossed over my camera that I was holding up with my right hand, firing the bubble gun while snapping photos - sometimes I really think it would be funny if I made a collage of all the weird stances I take to get these photos!
Checking out the boats on Nanie's porch - I just LOVE his outfit - especially the yellow jeans.
It started raining so they had to watch the bubble machine through the glass door - poor kiddos :(
This has to be my favorite photo of the day/month/week and one of the tops for the year.
This photo was taken by my sister - woohoo!! I had my camera set for a different lighting situation but it worked out perfectly for a dramatic black and white when she pointed it in this direction. She is getting quite good and putting the red dot on what she wants to focus on :)
Another shot taken by my sister - my poor guy is so skinny that whenever he wears jeans - even the adjustable waist kind - he ends up showing us some crack. I love this photo.
We took the basketball hoop to my grandma's house so the kids have something to do when visiting her. Joey just LOVES his GiGi (great grandma) to pieces and she loves him just as much. Even though I had to be quick and cropped some feet I will always cherish this photo.
Please be sure to check out Jenna Reich of Generations Photography for her amazing 10 on 10 post!
