If i could photography newborns and their momma's every day i would. I love being able to capture the bond between a new mom and her baby and I think every mom should have these photos. I met Lisa when our husbands worked together and when I first heard she was pregnant I was excited to do her newborn photos.  I can already tell Lisa is going to be a fantastic mom - she is just SO in love with this little man and he is with her - I don't think I have seen a newborn yet who kept his gaze on mom for so much of the session. The beauty of newborn lifestyle sessions is that they flow naturally and there's no instructing mom to act lovingly to her little one, it oozes from her. This session took just over an hour, and it didn't matter that little man was awake the whole time or his room wasn't completely finished (he was a little bit early). We go with the flow and move things if we have to. I love every photo from this session and it was hard to decide what to share - but here are some of my favorites
