Birthday Bubbles and Dancing | Cleveland, Ohio

This past year I have connected with so many wonderful photographer from around the country and the world!  I love that facebook has allowed to me meet so many like-minded mothers and photographers and it has been a huge network of support and encouragement for me - I truly believe that all these awesome "mom-togs" have played a huge role in my growth as a photographer this past year.   And having one so close to home with a daughter about the same age as my son has been really incredible.  Last week we went to a little birthday party for miss Lia and of course I snapped a few photos - it was SO much fun to take photos of a little girl with this lovely wild hair and I notice that her daughter is just like Joey in that she pretty much ignores the camera - which is a wonderful thing when you want to capture childhood as real as possible.
