10 on 10 May
I am SO SO grateful for this project. In April I did SO many client sessions that I barely took any photos of my guy :( The month just flew by and before I knew it it was time to gather my photos together for this month's 1o on 10 - but I had hardly took any! I think this is my first true 10 on 10 where all my photos occurred on the same day. We did our normal routine - I just made sure my camera was always on and within reach. I'm a little bit over 10 but I couldn't narrow down any further. Enjoy and when you are done please follow along the blog circle (link at the end of the post)
So I started photographing my day at 1am - I set up my iPhone with the video light on him. I had been wanting to do this for awhile and am so glad I did. I love the way it came out.
Music time today - love the tongue sticking out in concentration. My grandpa played the accordion and my mom tells me that he would stick his tongue out when concentrating too.
A dirty rocker baby - getting serious while hitting his sticks and counting to 18 (skipping 14-17).
He thinks he is hiding from me :)
I think we are nearing the end of size 3's, and hopefully diapers but I think that is just wishful thinking on my part.
Eating greek yogurt and granola - "yo-go and nola" while watching Yo Gabba Gabba.
I have been trying for so long to capture his dangling feet in a way that makes me happy and just could NOT get it. But today I GOT IT!!
He is really starting to play on his own like a little kid - he was feeding his lego animals birthday cake, singing happy birthday and giving them water.
He took a big handful of cheerios and said "cookie monster. nom nom nom nom nom nom" and ate them like cookie monster where most ended up on the floor - lol. guess I can't give him the box anymore - haha!
After watching Daddy go on his run, Joey decided he needed to put on a pair of Daddy's shoes and walk down the street. On a side note, every time I look at my 1950's development I sing the Weeds theme song in my head "little houses made of ticky tacky.... and they all look just the same"
Some post-workout tunes
Bathtime!
Please follow the blog circle and check out the amazingly talented New York Family Photographer, Candy - her photos of her daughter are always gorgeous and make me so excited to meet my baby girl in September!
